You guys loved our past Japan Special drop, so we knew we had to bring back another! This time, we’re featuring our signature Bakerrae Basque cheesecake infused with unique Japanese flavours, inspired by our travels. Here’s what’s on the menu for this special drop: 🍵 Uji Matcha – We visited our tea farmer friend in Japan’s matcha capital, Uji, and we want you to experience the incredible flavours of his high-quality matcha. Smooth, vibrant, and packed with umami, this is matcha at its finest! 🍓 Strawberry Hojicha (Roasted Matcha) – Alongside matcha, our friend had some incredible Hojicha, a roasted green tea with deep, toasty notes. We’re pairing it with fresh strawberries for a beautifully balanced sweet and nutty treat. 💜 Purple Sweet Potato – Similar to our beloved Ube, Japanese purple sweet potato is naturally vibrant with a rich, nutty flavour. A comforting yet indulgent twist on a classic favourite! We can’t wait to share these flavours with you!
