The Jargogle vase is an asymmetric flower vase in glazed ceramic, named during a 2020 lockdown when somebody pulled eight letters out of a Scrabble bag and declared the result final. Nobody vetoed it. I suspect nobody wanted to be the person who said no to Jargogle, so the name stood, the way any word becomes real if you keep saying it with a straight face. The form leans the way the name sounds: a wonky ceramic vase that tilts on purpose, so garden stems cut at uneven lengths look arranged rather than dumped. It comes in two sizes and two colors, green and white, and the fully glazed interior keeps water exactly where water belongs. Cut whatever the yard happens to offer this week, drop the stems in, and let the tilt do the styling work. Artisans shape these pieces by hand between more sensible projects, which may explain everything.
