Note: The warranty applies only to original owners and is not transferable. Warranty CoveredParts covered by the warranty: frame, fork, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display (excluding damage due to water), kickstand, and hardware. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage. This warranty includes the replacements only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to the ebike are not included. An authorized Freesky service representative will determine if the parts meets the replacement standard. Warranty Not CoveredThis warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes). The warranty does not cover an incorrect assembly, water damage or an improper or negligent use, operation, maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (eg. lack of maintenance); normal wear and tear; defects inherent to the normal useful life or service life of the product, such as a flat battery that can be replaced by the consumer; damages or defects due to accidents. Claims ProcessAll claims to this warranty must be made through Freesky and submitted to [email protected]. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Freesky via [email protected], as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 18 months of initial purchase will be processed through Freesky. Attention: Freesky will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by Freesky without the after-sales team’s authorization. Shipping Damage ClaimsIn rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact [email protected] and provide us with photo or video proof. No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation. Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products. Bicycle is a means of transportation with certain risk factors.
