Young green tea leaves from Fujian are hand-rolled into small tight pearls, then laid alongside fresh jasmine blossoms overnight while the blosso ms are open - a process repeated across several nights until the tea has absorbed the fragrance naturally, without oils or extracts. The pearls unfurl slowly in the cup, releasing their perfume gradually across multiple infusions.
