We leave the zipper operational for you to add more fill as needed. HOW TO FILL YOUR OWN POUF Moroccan poufs are traditionally filled with straw, animal hair, or unused textiles. We recommend stuffing your own pouf with unused clothing, pillows, blankets, towels, or other textiles. The heavier the fabric, the better, so that the end result is a stiff, solid cushion with a pleasing weight.
