No Added Preservatives! The UJO (Unidentified Jauma Object) is made from Cabernet Franc, with a dollop of Shiraz in there for good measure. The 2021 release is soft and supple with ripe black fruits framed by savoury spice from the Shiraz. There's a hint of cooling herbs from the Cabernet Franc in there too that, along with the wine's vibrant acidity, begs to be drunk slightly chilled! Show more
