Medium roast decaf with tasting notes of tropical fruit and creamy citrus. This coffee is grown in Esmeralda, Mexico and is made up of Castillo, Catimor, and Typica varietals. Thes e beans are soaked in Ethyl Acetate which bonds to the caffeine molecules and breaks them away from the beans. We roasted this coffee to a medium end temperature to bring out notes of tropical fruit and a creamy body.
