They can grow in a in low light conditions and a wide variety of water parameters and fertilization regimens. Java Fern ‘sunrise’ is a new variant in the market that sets itself apart with its spiky leaf shape and a beautiful orange to reddish color at the tips of its leaves. Java Fern will propagate through its leaves. Dots on the underside of its leaves are normal and not a cause for concern. Do not make drastic changes to the aquarium.
