An excellent variety producing a pink crab apple jelly. With spectacular large orange-pink fruit that last much longer that most other larger fruiting crab apples. In the spring it is covered in a most fragrant white blossom. Occasionally as the fruit ripens it can develop a little internal browning, this is quite normal and will not affect the quality of the jelly. A great wildlife feeder through the winter months. Introduced from New Zealand in 2007, going on to receive the RHS Award of Garden Merit. Standard tree shape with good disease resistance, tolerates a clay soil. Show more
