The Jel lyphant design came out of a habit she has of digging through second-hand shops for old illustrated books - she keeps a collection of Folk and Naive Art that she flicks through whenever she needs a spark. That influence shows up clearly here: a powder blue elephant, loose-limbed and full of personality, strides across a cream background beneath a bold red tree with flame-like branches.
