Dill Pickle is tender brisket beef jerky made with dill pickle seasoning. The seasoning is a blend of vinegar powder, dehydrated garlic, spices, citric acid, natural flavors and ol eoresin turmeric. Beef, sugar and teriyaki sauce lead the ingredients, and the teriyaki sauce itself is made with soy sauce, wine, vinegar, onion powder and garlic powder. Garlic appears three ways: in that sauce, in the seasoning and as granulated garlic on its own. It is also made with lemon juice, spices, vinegar powder and celery powder. The brisket is tender, and the pieces visible through the window are dark and reddish-brown. It is made in the USA by Jerky Junction of Carson City, Nevada, and inspected and passed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. There are no nitrates or nitrites added, and no MSG added except what naturally occurs in soy sauce.
