The beef is made with brown sugar, teriyaki sauce and red wine, and seasoned with deli mustard, granulated garlic, spices and lemon juice. The teriyaki sauce combines soy sauce, wine, sugar and vinegar with onion powder and garlic powder. The deli mustard contains vinegar, mustard seed, salt, spices and turmeric. The cut is brisket and the texture is tender. Through the window, the pieces are dark red-brown. Made in the USA by Jerky Junction in Carson City, Nevada, it is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. There are no nitrates or nitrites added, except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids. No MSG is added, except that which naturally occurs in soy sauce.
