New England IPA (NEIPA) with Simcoe, CTZ, Wakatu, Nelson Bliss & Citra (collab with Alefarm). A juicy IPA brewed in collaboration with Alefarm, inspired by the modern phenomenon of vast solar panel fields appearing across the countryside. We decided to have a little fun with the term and turned those “iron fields” into an “iron buddy” instead. Citra and Nelson Bliss bring citrus, tropical fruit, and grape-like white wine notes, while Wakatu contributes fresh lime and green citrus. Simcoe and CTZ provide depth, aroma, and balance. Hazy, soft, and packed with hops – an IPA full of energy without ever needing to be plugged into the grid. Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer? Perfect with burgers, but beer doesn't care what's on the menu.
