Once you have decided which Framed Jersey Display you want to purchase, you can fill out some or all of the Order Options and Upload on the Product Page before you finalize your order. 2. You can include the information you want on the Nameplate by filling out the Nameplate Text in the box provided. You can also include this inside the box when you ship your jersey to us. 3. You can upload the logo you want included in your Framed Jersey Display (Logo Upload) under the Order Option and Upload Info area on this page. 4. You can upload the two 8"x10" photos you want included in your Framed Jersey Display (Right Photo Upload and Left Photo Upload) under the Order Option and Upload Info area on this page. 5. Click the Add to Cart Button, then complete the checkout and payment process. 6. Box your Jersey and include a note inside the box with your Name, Return Shipping Address, Contact Information (Cell Phone and Email), and any special instructions for your Jersey (matting colors, nameplate info, etc.). 7. Send your Jersey, note and any additional items to be included in your display via USPS, FedEx or UPS with Signature Required to our Framing Office: My Sports Memories 1495 W.
