You may not recognize his name, but you've heard Jesse Ed Davis' guitar playing! The unsung hero of 70s and 80s rock & roll, Davis was a session guitarist for Taj Mahal, and played with the biggest artists of the era, including Bob Dylan, John Lennon, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Jackson Browne (he played the solo for Browne's "Doctor My Eyes")! He also played in the famous 1971 Concert for Bangladesh. Jesse Ed Davis was born in Norman, OK, and was a citizen of the Comanche Nation, as well as a Muscogee and Seminole descendant. Show more
