A heavy-duty worm and gear mechanism delivers 1" of oscillating action, reducing friction heat to protect the workpiece and prolong sleeve life, with the main spindle support running on precision ball bearings and the gears sealed in a lubricated box. Five spindle assemblies are included — 1/4", 1/2", 5/8", 1-1/2", and 2" — each with 100-grit paper and threaded ends for quick changes.
