Introducing the Jetty Blend- Green Coffee Jetty Blend is built around a single producer, Edinson Argote, and my ongoing relationship with his work. I’ve been buying green coffee from him for the past few years, and this blend is a way to continue building that connection with him. The name “Jetty” comes from my personal taste in coffee. I’m drawn to expressive, process-driven coffees whether that is co-ferments, experimental lots, or vibrant naturals. This blend is meant to reflect that: aromatic, vibrant, and a little unconventional. The components of this blend will change, and the lots will vary, but the intention remains the same—I’m continuing to buy coffee from Edinson and highlight his work. I hope you enjoy and taste the love I have for this producer and his coffee.
