Red Stag by Jim Beam is a Kentucky straight bourbon infused with natural black cherry flavor, produced by the seven-generation Jim Beam family of distillers in Clermont, Kentucky. One of the pioneers of the flavored bourbon category, Red Stag takes the classic Beam mashbill and layers it with dark, ripe cherry liqueur for a bourbon that drinks softer and sweeter than the white-label original while keeping the oak and vanilla backbone intact. On the nose, expect a rush of dark cherry and almond with soft bourbon oak underneath. The palate leans into jammy black cherry and cola spice, rounded out by vanilla, caramel, and a whisper of baking-spice warmth. The finish is smooth, medium-length, and distinctly fruit-forward—never syrupy, never harsh. Bottled at 80 proof, it's approachable enough for bourbon newcomers and makes a strong case on the rocks.Red Stag plays as well in cocktails as it does neat. Pour it over ice with cola, stir it into an old fashioned variant, or lengthen it with iced tea and lemonade for a porch-ready sipper. It's also a natural base for cherry-forward whiskey sours and boulevardiers where you want fruit without reaching for a liqueur.Shop Jim Beam Red Stag Black Cherry at Liquor Geeks with fast shipping and everyday-low pricing on the full Jim Beam lineup.
