We're bringing it back to our coastal New England roots with this "down east" inspired print. The red lobsters (bugs) speak for themselves but the pine tree and blue star on the bu oys are a more subtle reference to the original flag of the great state of Maine, home to Plover co-founder Ben Woodbury. This flag was introduced back in 1901 and lasted only a few years but recently has resurged in popularity. Just like the flag itself, Down East is a simple yet timeless and classy design.
