The premise of this very spunky game is simple. Fill up the penis like container with an alcoholic drink that looks a bit jizz like. Then take it in turns to spin the dial on the l eft testicle. It will say point to the left or the right or at the current player. Once that instruction has been followed, spin the dial on the right testicle.
