The wine has a clean, mineral freshness on the nose, with initial scents of wildflowers that transition to layers of light citrus, pear, ripe melon, and a hint of honey richness. On the palate, the Viognier and Roussanne contribute flavours of exotic fruits such as lychee and mango, along with tangerine and honey, while the light acidity of grapefruit and lime zest from the Grenache Blanc provides balance. The finish is long, with lingering ripe fruit flavors and a touch of honey.
