Title: Sunset Bend Photographer: Jerry LoFaro Location: Henniker, New Hampshire Caption: I spend a lot of time photographing around The Contoocook River in my town throughout the year, and in fact the title of my next book is “Henniker, New Hampshire - A River Runs Through It.” As I was driving around that day, I noticed an unusual band of clouds in the distance. By the time I turned down Western Ave along the river, they were flaring out like wings, and I pulled over at just the right spot to create a dramatic composition! I love the mix of flowing dynamics, cool shadows, warmth and of course, the clouds.
