How it’s made:Homemade pumpkin pie (Erika’s mother’s recipe) is baked and blended into our cream. The pumpkin pie is a traditional pumpkin chiffon based pie (read: contains eggs) with all the warm spices you would expect from a good old fashioned pumpkin pie (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice). A graham cracker crisp is baked separately and sprinkled into the ice cream as it comes out of our ice cream machine.
