Selecting the right inlet size: Selecting the right size inlet is very important to the performance of your Jobe Valves MegaFlow float valve. The inlet of the float valve should match your supply plumbing. For instance, if your supply plumbing is 3/4" you will get no better performance from a 1" valve. Your flow rate will always be limited by the smallest pipe. Always match your MegaFlow float valve inlet size to your water supply pipe size.
