This is the same material Joe uses for the wing case/carapace on his Celluloid Shrimp Pattern that has proven to be very popular. It’s a semi-stiff, clear body material that has many uses for thorax, back and body parts. Joe’s Flat Cord is stiffer than the Stretch Cord, yet still easy to work with. This large size clear flat cord is ideal for wing cases on bigger flies, shrimp shell bodies and crustacean segments.
