It's super easy with our DIY method! Simply start by pulling the liner out of your boot and removing the stock insole. Next, lay the old insole over the top of your new custom footbed and trace around the perimeter with a marker. Trim your new footbed to match the shape and length of the stock insole and then place your new trimmed footbed into your boot. Put your liner back into your boot and test out the fit, you may need to trim the sole again if it isn't aligned perfectly. How do I heat mould the footbed to my feet? Use an oven to set and mould the footbed to your feet. You will also find instructions on the back of our footbeds packaging. Preheat oven to 120 degrees Celsius or 250 F Heat Joey's footbed for 1 minute only. * Do not overheat the footbed! Slide only joeys footbed into your boot. * Footbed must be flat.
