Hand Crimp fittings allow one to install lifelines with Johnson hand-crimp tool #53-210. This means fabrication may be done directly on the boat, saving time and eliminating measur ement error. Hand Crimp fittings, when installed properly, bring safety and satisfaction to the experienced do-it-yourselfer. Note: A properly installed hand-crimp fitting will hold 65-70% of the breaking strength of 7x7 cable.
