Do you need a daily go-to tea? This lovely blend balanced your hormones, elevates your mood and eases anxiety. My daughter requested a tea blend for herself and she’s been drinking this religiously for about a month. She prefers it cold with a splash of creamer and sips on it all morning. I make it in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge, lately we’ve needed two pitchers to get her through the week! 😂 I know I’ve made plenty of teas for everyone else…the fact that I’ve made a tea my JOLO loves is a big deal. She’ll typically drink my teas to assist with an aliment or to appease me but never has she enjoyed a tea before this blend so I had to share it with you all. If you hung out with me for the tea blending explanation this was the tea we used… Red Raspberry Leaf, Holy Basil, Lions Tail, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, St. John’s Wort, & Butterfly Pea Flowers.
