The A-side offering ‘New Ventures’ is a beautifully crafted piece of jazzed-up house with an infectious bassline and synths that weave in and out to create a warm and uplifting energy, whilst ‘Sunflowers’ on the flip side is a no-nonsense jam with wonky drums, vibrant strings and a soaring synth solo reminiscent of Kaidi Tatham. ‘Where & When’ rounds off the EP with a bouncy, feel good groove featuring jazzy piano stabs and some vocal work from Aeasheiaa.
