Warranty does not apply to any manufactured products that have been subject to misapplication, abuse, misuse, normal wear, negligence, backfire damage, accidents, burnout due to poor carburetion, and rust out. This warranty does not cover any labor charged or any other claims incidental to replacing a defective part. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product. A final decision as to whether a product is defective will be made by Jones Exhaust after an evaluation of the product.
