Jordan Day’s vinyl format debut is a collection of songs recorded over several years. It is a journey of a song writer, as he grew and changed, exploring muses and reflecting on life. The songs are dark, ruminating on life, love, substance abuse, spiritual struggles…they sit like fog on the horizon or frost on the window and feel like the sun breaking through bleak grey skies. Tipping his hat to song writers of the past, the sound of the album is raw and stripped down. Recorded through primitive means. Guest musicians were added in their remote locations and then mixed and mastered by Charlie Anderson.
