As the longtime director of Columbia University’s Health Education Program and now a producer of stress prevention and reduction resources for PwC, Credit Europe Bank, the University of Michigan, and others, Jordan helps people, teams and communities prevent and reduce stress and anxiety to enhance productivity, relationships, and health. Jordan is the author of The Stress Manager’s Manual, host of The Chill Factory podcast, and a survivor of one of the largest brain tumors ever discovered. Known as The Stress Coach, Jordan studied stress management education at the University of Maryland and earned a Master’s degree in public health and health education from NYU. He delivers keynotes and training, coaches stressed individuals, and produces courses and apps for sustained stress and anxiety relief. Jordan’s Stressbusters program is one of the most popular and impactful initiatives on college campuses today, providing students and staff with immediate stress relief, human connection, and life-saving resources. Jordan lives, works, and manages his own stress in New York City.
