True to tradition, our Jordanian Zaatar offers up a unique flavor profile that's slightly more tart and exotic than the Lebanese version. Blended by hand in our Sunset Park facilit y in Brooklyn, this combination of origanum, sesame, chickpea, salt, mint, fennel, coriander, anise, cumin, and citric acid brings bold flavor to marinades and salads.
