What we think: Firewater is super smoky, in a fiery type of way, and extremely unique! We've rarely smelled anything close to it. It's very intense, and great if you love these typ e of "authentic fire" scents, which we do. As it progresses, it has a slight sweetness to the smoke in the middle phase. The osmanthus gives it an apricot-like lightness on top of the smoky woods, like an opening in a clearing with some sun filtering in. As it dries down further, it stays smoky but in more of a "drinking a glass of gingerale next to a wooden log burning in a fireplace" type of way. We love it from start to finish!
