Simply twist off the ends to change the thickness! It also has measurements along the pin so you can easily see the width of your pastry or dough. The Pie Timer is a fantastic way of letting you concentrate on other tasks whilst waiting for your cake to rise! Just twist the bezel for the correct minutes and seconds (up to 1 hour) I adore this set! Not only are all the handles in touchy-feely grippy stuff, but they are fantastic colours and include clever designs too. I think my favourite item has to be the pie timer; this is fully pink when not in use, but when turned reveals how many minutes are left.
