What is self-direction? Sometimes it feels like everyone has an opinion about what you should do with your life. Everyone gives you direction from their own perspective, some well- intended, sometimes consciously or unconsciously to benefit themselves. Self-direction does not mean ignoring everyone. It means finding enough trust in your own compass that you can tell the difference between direction that helps you grow and direction that gets you lost. This journal does not tell you what to do or who to be. It just asks questions.
