Junk Journal Class — Craftinest Step into the wonderfully imperfect world of junk journaling, where creativity thrives on texture, story, and surprise! In this relaxing and hands-on class, you’ll learn how to build and personalize your own mixed-media journal using recycled papers, ephemera, fabric, pockets, tags, and found treasures. Each month, we’ll explore different techniques such as: tipping in pages reinforcing spines simple bookbinding layering with vellum, vintage papers, and collage adding pockets, flaps, and hidden elements stitching, stapling, and playful embellishing fun seasonal themes (optional) This is a slow, mindful, play-with-your-materials kind of class — no perfection required. Bring your current working journal (or start a new one with us!), along with basic tools such as a hole punch, needle, thread, scissors, and your favorite adhesives. 📅 When: Second Monday of every month.
