This unique design features curved bars that prevent the bit from hitting the roof of the horse's mouth and eliminate the nutcracker -like action that can pinch a horse's tongue. Features Full-cheeks which have narrow bars that project above and below the rings to keep the mouthpiece from sliding in the horse's mouth and to help emphasise the turning aids. Keepers, or thin leather straps, attach the upper arms to the bridle to help stabilise the bit and prevent the bars from catching on anything. Full-cheeks are good for horses who need help turning.
