Introducing the John Packer JP282 step-up cor anglais outfit The JP282 is a fantastic mid-range cor anglais at an entry level price whose reliability and performance quality will be appreciated by students and experienced amateurs alike. It has a full dual keywork system with semi-automatic octaves, banana key, articulated C#, right and left hand trill keys, and little finger F key. Built to last The ebonite hard rubber body isn't affected by temperature or humidity and is impervious to cracking which is a common problem with wooden instruments. Despite its relative cheapness, it responds just like a wooden alternative, with a beautiful warm tone and large dynamic range. The scale is even and intonation excellent; if necessary the tuning can be adjusted by swapping the crook (or bocal).
