The KUS S5 tank fuel/liquid level sending unit is widely used in marine, on-road, off-road, generator set, and industrial applications. It utilizes reed switch and magnetic field t echnology, which gives the advantage of being considerably more durable and reliable compared to the older thick-film swing arm type level sender. Additionally, within this type of tank level sender it features the float as the only moving part, therefore minimizing potential mechanical failures and offering protection against vibration.
