Cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled session are considered non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances at the sole discretion of JStarz Training. • Assumption of Risk: Participation in all JStarz Training activities is voluntary and at your own risk. JStarz Training, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation. • Booking Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for most bookings to guarantee availability. While we will always try to accommodate requests, short-notice bookings are not guaranteed. • Special Requests & Adjustments: We value our loyal clients and understand that life happens.
