Dancong Oolong Tea - Ju Duo Zai (Aged Tree) / 锯剁仔 (老枞) Ju Duo Zai, also known as Honey Almond Oolong, is an exquisite variety of Dancong Oolong bush and is grown only by a few tea farms in Feng Huang village. As a result, this tea is extremely limited in quantity every year. Our Ju Duo Zai are harvested from aged tea trees, which yields an even more robust flavour. A truly rare find! The tea is also known as Honey Almond Fragrance (杏仁香), characterised by its almond aroma and smooth, sweet, fruity flavours and a relatively creamy texture on the palate. Ju Duo Zai is thus named in reference to its sawtooth edges, which is very symbolic of the tea. This is a variety of Dancong Oolong tea that is brought to you direct from a family tea farm in Phoenix Mountain (“Feng Huang Shan” 凤凰山) - an area renowned for its Dancong Oolong Tea in Chaozhou, China.
