The reamer on top is great for lemons, limes and small oranges, and the strainer will filter out pulp, leaving you with freshly squeezed juice in the jar. Snap, squeeze, chug! The plastic used for JARWARE items, and the size of the rim can vary slightly during production. These small variations can sometimes compound and make certain items easier/harder to snap on. If you are having difficulty, run the band under hot water for 30 - 60 seconds and then try to snap in the JARWARE.
