The Summer Shred Program is for the men focussed on building muscle endurance while shredding and toning. We will focus on decreasing body fat while increasing muscle mass through a periodized set of workouts. It will include high intensity strength training while highlighting functional mobility. Active recovery will be included on the rest days. The program length is 8 weeks long and if purchased through the Jhansen Performance App, nutritional programming will be included. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS. This program was specifically developed to challenge you physically & mentally in a barrage of ways. Everyone has a common goal to see results.
