It includes a wide extension table, walking foot, patchwork foot, quilting foot, open-toe foot, edge-sewing foot, knee lift, float control, pivot function, straight-stitch slide plate and drop-feed capability. What is the JUKI float function? The float function holds the presser foot slightly above the fabric while sewing. The height can be adjusted from 0 to 2.5mm in 0.1mm increments. This reduces downward pressure and helps prevent layered, stretch or textured fabrics from shifting or becoming distorted. How does the pivot function work? When you stop sewing with the needle in the down position, the presser foot automatically lifts slightly. This allows the fabric to be rotated or repositioned.
