Another offering from Juliana and Wbeimar; a Washed Java. The Java cultivar is a selection from an Ethiopian landrace that made its way across the world to Costa Rica and then Sout h America. Freshly ground we find dry aroma of guava and white wine with a depth that’s sweet. During the bloom we are reminded of rose and sour fruit candy. The taste is green apple tartness and some maple sweetness.
