Tropical, crisp, breezy skin contact wine 60% Gruner / 30% Pinot Gris / 10% Muscat Picked in mid-late September from a source in Oregon's Applegate Valley and the remote Mt. Lassen region of far Northern California. Grapes were fermented 100% whole cluster, 7 days carbonic followed by an additional 28 days with three gentle treadings per week to submerge and maintain the caps. The fermentation was then pressed into a combination of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, aged for 7 months sur lie. The other half of the grapes were sent directly to press to maintain acidity, and were aged in stainless steel tanks. Show more
