Description Jungle Base is a substrate material to be spread on the bottom of the tank where water tends to be stagnant in a paludarium. Pumice is used as the base in Jungle Base c ombined with soil microorganisms effective for plant growth and charcoal powder which maintains breathability in the substrate and prevents rot in the plant root.
