Junípero Gin is a bold American craft gin produced by Anchor Distilling in San Francisco, California. Introduced in 1996, it was among the first American craft gins to gain widespr ead recognition and helped pave the way for the modern craft gin movement. Named after the Spanish juniper tree, Juniperus (Junípero in Spanish), it embraces a classic, juniper-forward style inspired by traditional London Dry gin. Distilled in a copper pot still, Junípero features a robust backbone of juniper complemented by bright citrus, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, and other classic botanicals.
