The Story Behind This Artwork Do you keep seeing feathers everywhere? Well, the story behind this painting is; I started seeing feathers all over my house, at first I ignored it somewhat; then they started appearing in the car, even one stuck on my steering wheel; then one day when I unzipped my purse, and I found one there. I then made up my mind to paint a white feather. I feel this feather was directed to me from above to paint, and this is the result. P.S. I still come across a feather every now and again, just when I seem to need it. Is it your guardian angel, or someone watching over you, or just a feather? The original of this is hanging in my living room, I painted the background ink blue to tie it in with a Queen Ann chair of a similar colour and combined it with a grey sofa and voila, the whole look came together. I have some more feather prints in my feather collection. I hope you enjoy taking my art to your home.
